Kosie has Master’s Degree in Oil and Gas Law from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom. She provides solutions to oil and gas related issues as well as company secretarial services for several indigenous and multi-national companies, including but not limited to NNPC E&P Limited, NNPC Retail Limited, Zone4Energy Limited, Earth & Seas Nigeria Limited and Ontario Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited.

Kosie has practical experience in Oil and Gas related transactions. She has been involved in drafting and reviewing of an avalanche of Power Sale and Purchase Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements for major Oil and Gas Multi-nationals companies; valuation, pricing and acquisition of Oil and Gas Assets; Litigation and Mediation in disputes arising from Oil and Gas transaction.

She is a Partner; head the Firm’s Oil and Gas Department and a member of the Real Estate and Entertainment Department of the Firm.
